I suffered from upper back and neck pain before switching to a new mattress as well as this little symphony beauty. I had to pay a lot of money since NO OFFERS NOR COUPONS valid in my country. Honestly I struggled in the first two nights, after that MY GOD I slept like a child! its not only a memory foam pillow, its a magic, might be little low for me but all in all its the best pillow ever and worth your money!

My wife and I both got one of these pillows and we absolutely love them. She sleeps on her stomach and I sleep on my side and it provides plenty of support and comfort for both of us. The only thing I would change is the ability to order it in a King-size because our king-size pillow cases are far too big.

After years of sleeping badly, and waking up with a stiff neck, I decided to give this dream of a pillow a try. I immediately slept more soundly and stopped waking up with stiff neck. My husband tested out my pillow one night and was sold on it as well, so we purchased one for him also. It is amazing at how big a difference the right pillow can make on getting a good night's sleep. Next step will be getting one of your mattresses.

I was having back and neck pain because I had a really old pillow. I was recommended the Symphony by a friend of mine who has slept on an older model for 5+ years and absolutely loves it. Whether a pillow will be good for you as an individual is hard to gauge just through online descriptions/without trying it for a few weeks (or even more). I have had it for a few months now and I am happy with it! Though I am not as in love with it as my friend is (I am a side sleeper and it's a bit firm for my taste), it has totally fixed my pain and I think my neck appreciates the support even if I don't love the feel initially. One pillow isn't going to be perfect for everyone but my guess is that the Symphony will work for almost anyone.

Sadly, this might be the WORST pillow I have ever purchased. My husband has this exact pillow in the Standard size. I tried his and it gave my head/neck nice support, which I need because I'm a side sleeper. So, I was shocked when I purchased the Queen size and after just a few uses, it went completely FLAT. It went so flat that when I woke up my shoulder and neck were in horrible pain. I believe the pillow I purchased must be defective and that Quality Assurance must have missed it. I should have returned it when I first realized the problem instead of trying to make it work. BE CAREFUL, SIDE SLEEPERS!!

I had high hopes for this pillow and was very let down. The pillow is VERY stiff. I am petite and my head barely makes a dent in the pillow when I'm lying on it. It does not soften with weight, and thus is extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that it woke me up several times in the night as I had to reposition. The pillow is now on the floor useless and I've returned to a feather pillow. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering I voiced this concern to Tempur Pedic and was told they do not allow returns or exchanges even when the client is unsatisfied... So, add poor customer service to the list.
