30 years ago or so I bought this pillow and it was amazing! Slept good, super comfortable, no neck pain when I woke up and it overall improved my sleep quality. I give my old pillow to my wife because it is still good and decide to buy myself another one. Big mistake! They don't feel like the same pillow anymore! Not as comfortable as the one I bought 20 years ago, or any of the good qualities I listed above. It's almost as though they are using a material that is not as good as the one they were using back then. Anyway, I don't recommend this pillow anymore.

I received two of these pillows when I purchased my bed back in 2012. It lasted for years. I've ordered two over the last 3 years and they poor quality. I ordered my most recent one less than two months ago and I'm already going to have to replace. Very disappointed.

My husband was having neck pain and when they ran the special I thought it would be a great time to try them. However, when I received the pillows they were standard size which was WAY TO SMALL! Would love to have the queen size but the price of these pillows are crazy! Just be sure and read the "fine print" before ordering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pillow for over 5 years now. For years I struggled with regular pillows until I finally bought my tempurpedic. Now I love it so much I can't sleep without it. It gives me great support so I no longer have headaches. And I'm a side sleeper and I can comfortably sleep with an arm under the pillow without waking up with a numb arm. My husband tried to steal it so ended up buying one for him to. I'll never go back to traditional pillows again.

I bought the symphony pillow on May 24th and received it on the 28th. It has been three months and the pillows have already gone flat. My sister ordered hers in the exact same day and hers have gone completely flat as well. Tempurpedic changed their contract ruction of the pillow, and it is very disappointing. My parents have had the old symphony pillow for over 5 years and it feels the same as it did when I laid on it two years ago. The pillow I ordered is NOT made the same. I double checked the tags on both of my parents pillows before I ordered mine. My sister and I ordered the exact same pillow that my parents have, but they are NOT the same quality. It is very disappointing and the "BOGO (buy one get one)" deal that I got was not worth the price since both pillows have gone flat. I hope Tempurpedic goes back to making their pillows the way they used to, because they are not making lasting pillows anymore. I was really looking forward to buying and receiving my pillows and I was so disappointed.

After I received and started using the symphony pillow, my nights have become much more comfortable and I have no problems staying asleep. Even my lower back pain has started to go away thanks to a pillow. Its like magic. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.

Product is extremely high and uncomfortable. We tried it WITH the plastic on and did not like them. Tried to initiate a return or exchange but it turns out pillows are non refundable and unable to be exchanged REGARDLESS of whether or not they are actually opened. This was NOT apparent during the checkout process at all. I don't know how Tempur-pedic expects you to know what pillow works best without any sort of trial period. Horrible customer service policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is great for someone who sleeps on side or back. It provides great cervical neck support. At first it may seem firm for most new users, but after using for about a month it was much softer, yet still very supportive.
