After I received and started using the symphony pillow, my nights have become much more comfortable and I have no problems staying asleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pillow in every way possible and it feels great. I sleep flat facing up, something facing sideways, other times at a 45 degree angle. This pillow is designed to make you comfortable in every position. Sometimes I even put two side by side and rest my head on the crack between them. So this is what it's like to sleep on a firm cloud. This fits on my queen sized pillow covers. Not sure if it's actually meant for King though size it reaches to the edge of a queen and is larger than my other queen pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two of these bad boys recently, and after getting through the first few sleeps/nights, they've become the comfiest pillow I've ever owned! I'm a side sleeper, so I use it on the appropriate side, and I love the way my head just sinks into the pillow when I lay down and returns to its exact original shape when I get up every single time! This pillow is promising to last a long time, which makes me glad because they weren't cheap! But I will definitely buy these again one day when new pillows are finally required!

I purchased this pillow because I am a side and stomach sleeper. This pillow gets very hot when you sleep on it and the heat causes it to compress a lot leaving you with a flat spot and very little support. I keep having to move the pillow around, flip it over, or bunch it up because it gets so flat. I was hoping this would be a solution to my neck pain but it seems to have made it worse. Also, once you sleep on it, you can't return it. So, now I have 2 very expensive pillows that are going in the trash.

I have been a user of the Symphony pillow for about 8 years and it was a godsend for my back problems. The new version from 2017 is awful. It is much lighter in weight and emits such a terrible odor that I wasn't able to sleep through the night while using it. Customer service advised me that to get rid of the odor I needed to squish the pillow around to loosen the materials. I will never purchase a Tempur-Pedic product again considering that they do not stand behind their products with a return policy.

I purchased the Symphony pillow, but received a low quality Adjustable pillow instead. "Easy mistake, I'll call customer service and they'll send me the correct order", is what I thought, but what followed was the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. So much so, that I have to resort to leaving a poor review on this website. Customer service line says its only a couple of minutes wait time, but that hasn't been true for any of the numerous calls I've had to make, because I always get a prompt saying "all service reps are busy and please press 2 for a call back". On more than several occasions the call back is just a one ring phone call before they hang up. Never passing the one ring mark so I can answer, or leave a message. When I do get a call back and Im able to beat the rep before he hangs up, I ask for a status or resolution and they're not able to provide one or a time table of when I can expect an answer. I finally had enough and asked for a manager, which I was told only work from 10am-3PM (lucky them). So I called between those times, finally got a call back and transferred to the supervisor que only to be sent back to the normal service rep que for a call back. Its been over two weeks of this without a resolution. Based on this experience I will most likely never shop or recommend Tempur_pedic again.

I have had that one for 10 years and it is still my go to!!! I hope I win a bed! That would make my life very happy! I get a great night sleep, my neck never hurts and the pillows are great!!
