I just bought this pillow and absolutely love it. If you have cervical pain, this one is for you!!

Sinks in. I like older tempurpedic pillows seem to have more support

The is our first month in, love the support while sleeping on my side or stomach.

This is not soft pillow! Very stiff! No exchange or return ! Garbage!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how high this pillow is as it fits perfectly between my shoulder/neck area. It is slightly too firm for me. I also have the Embrace pillow which I like better, but this one is the perfect loft. I use both on my bed currently, switching between the two.

Thank god for the warranty. Even though it's limited I am hoping to get my pillow replaced from the faulty materials and quality. I slept amazing the first 3 to 6 months of owning this pillow. But after that it stopped "spring back" and wasn't supportive anymore. I love the line and only own tempur pedic pillows due to neck and spine problems. Since it's suppose to contour and support you allowing you to sleep and wake up pain free is the reason I bought these. But if the pillow is this expensive and doesn't last more then a couple months it's not worth it. Hopefully they will exchange it and I can have a happy and healthy nights rest again. All foam type pillows become brick like but normally after two years not 3 to 6 months.
