[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried many pillows. The symphony has a great shape for back and side sleeping. It does not go flat but yet for someone like myself who needs a low profile pillow, it is the perfect height. Glad I spent the money on a better pillow. We bought the first pillow over 2 years ago and it is still in great shape.

This is my 4th purchase of the Symphony pillow. IDK what changed, but TempurPedic, this is a HORRIBLE pillow. My head sinks to the mattress as soon as I put my head down. This used to be the only pillow my damaged neck could sleep on. If I could return it, I absolutely would! So disappointing.

I bought this pillow initially 12 years ago. I've always loved it!! Recently, I purchased a new one, and it's not the same. It doesn't feel as heavy as my first symphony pillow, and my head sinks way farther into the pillow. I'm disappointed that the product has changed. I gave the new one to my son, and I've returned to my 12 year old tempurpedic pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased one of these pillows for myself a couple of years ago because I have herniated discs in my neck. The Tempurpedic neck pillow does not work well for my condition, so I tried the Symphony. I love it! I awake with less neck pain (there's no way around neck pain for me) and I get a better sleep. So, I purchased another one for my elderly mother-in-law who also has neck problems. She's sleeping like a baby! If you need support, but not too much bulk, I highly recommend this pillow. It's great for sleeping on my back and my side.

About 10 years ago before all the innovations of "gel" and "gel-infused" I bought a symphony tempurpedic mattress. I loved it and still do--every night when I'm settling in for the night and every morning when I wake up from an always sound relaxing sleep. When I developed arthritis of the neck, I opted to try the symphony tempurpedic pillow, hoping it would help prevent a morning stiff neck. Now I love my complete symphony very night. I recently bought my second pillow. My mattress is as good as new after all these years.

I bought a symphony pillow approx 7 years ago and loved it. When I forgot it in a hotel, I went straight out to purchase another... They've changed the cover fabric to a much cheaper quality one and the thickness -loft/fill-is half what it was before; but you guessed it - same price! ?SO DISAPPOINTED.?

Although I've been wanting a Tempur-Pedic pillow for a long time, the high price tag led me to stall... but I finally bit the bullet and bought one, and it is well worth it! The Symphony pillow is strong and supportive, and molds to fit the shape of my head, and is good for different sleep positions. I sleep alternately on my side and my back and have been comfortable regardless. I'm currently sleeping on the curved side, since I find it more comfortable than the flat side, but either is really fine. I'm so happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Constantly Had awful neck pain after waking up from a restless sleep. Bought these after recommendation from a co-worker. No longer waking up with neck pain and getting a great nights rest now. A little pricey but definately worth it.

For years I have had trouble sleeping. I've tried so many pillows but could never really get comfortable and often had neck pain. I have finally found the pillow that works for me. From the first night I got this pillow I have slept so well and feel like I have the neck support I need when sleeping on my side.
