[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that I can flip the pillow over to make it slightly higher or lower. It's cooler that I thought it might be, although I have not yet used it in the dead of summer. That said, it's a little firmer than I'd hoped. I'm used to scrunching my pillow up to fill the whole space between my shoulder, head and bed. Not so easy to do with this pillow.

I stack them on top of one another when I'm watching tv but when I'm sleeping I take it back to just one. It doesn't go flat and I haven't woken up with neck problems since I've purchased them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first Tempurpedic purchase. I got two of these pillows for my boyfriend and I during Christmas. It's the gift that keeps on giving. Highly recommend for those who sleep on their stomach or side.

I have had my last one for over 12 yrs. i didn't realize how much I needed this pillow untill i didn't have it anymore! I purchased 5 differnt" like' ones that all made things worse including my arms tingling through the night. Now my hubby has to sleep with it tooand what a difference! Never again will we not have these pillows

I bought one of these pillows about 8 years ago and it had been wonderful! However I just purchased another one to replace it and the quality is not as good. The pillow is squishier and not near as firm. I don't know what they changed but the new ones are much less sense. I have the new ones to my kids to use and I'm still using the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing the Symphony Pillow, I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I was choking to death from nasal drip. I've had the Symphony pillow for about 6 months and haven't had a bad night sleep since and I'm no longer waking up feeling like I'm being strangled. This is a great pillow and I currently own 4 and have recommended the Symphony pillow to friends and family.

I had high hopes for these pillows, but they aren't what I expected. While the memory foam and technology of them is nice they just don't feel like they offer much support while sleeping. My head does not feel comfortably supported or in line with my spine.

I am a big guy, 300 lbs., and wear a CPAP every night for sleep apnea. I have had an opportunity to test all the Tempur pillows, (as I work in a retail mattress store) and have found that the Symphony is best for me. I'm primarily a back sleeper, with some side sleeping, and the side with more sloping is great for neck and shoulder support. The side with less slope is great for primary side sleepers. The molded material cradles my big head for good spinal alignment. I plan to get an extra one for travel. ....All that said, my wife doesn't like it at all. She prefers the feel of a plain old pillow we all grew up with. Can't please everyone.

We bought two pillows when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress over 15 years ago and they need to be replaced. I didn't know the name (style) of the first ones so ordered Symphony. They are larger and more firm than the first ones and not quite as comfortable but I am getting used to them. I would never consider replacing these pillows with the pillows found in stores.

Absolutely horrible! I have used the Symphony for years! It is a VERY FIRM pillow. So much so that my husband calls them bricks. I was due for a new pillow so I ordered my trusted Symphony. As a person with chronic neck and shoulder pain it took me a very long time to find a pillow that would provide me with some relief. I was always so happy with the Symphony, that is until this year. I ordered 1 in January, only to have it go to mush by July. I ordered a new one in July and at my it was ok. But by 1 1/2 months it goes completely flat after laying on it for a few minutes. I have never been so disappointed in the Tempurpedic brand in over 20 years of being a customer. I will be making warranty claims on both of these pillows and I hope Tempurpedic replaces them with the original Symphony pillows that many of us have grown to love. This is not just an issue for me as others have left reviews stating their pillows were not the Symphony pillows they had grown to trust too! Please bring back the original Symphony!
