I purchased a tempurpedic cloud matress and received this pillow free. I absolutely LOVE this pillow. Before this pillow, I slept on a memory foam contured pillow but this pillow puts it to shame. I can sleep on my side and back with no neck problems at all.

I have bought this pillow since it first came out. It used to be a heavy, firm pillow. It is now soft, lightweight foam that does not hold my head up. It sinks to about an inch thick while laying on it. I'm a side sleeper with broad shoulders. Whatever you did to change this was a mistake. It was a wonderful pillow. I've been told by Tempur Pedic that they don't offer another that is as firm as this used to be. This has literally ruined my life.

I love that I never wake up with a stiff neck anymore. I don't love that they're too stiff to be able to fold in half like a regular pillow though.

I've had the Symphony pillow for about 6 months and haven't had a bad night sleep since and I'm no longer waking up feeling like I'm being strangled. This is a great pillow and I currently own 4 and have recommended the Symphony pillow to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Tempurpedic pillow and after using other brands, I am so glad that I have found Tempur. The pillow sleeps great, I actually bought one for each member of my family, and they stay fresh and good looking despite me sleeping hot and getting sweaty. I have not had this experience with any of the other memory foam pillows that I have used, they became discolored and got smelly. This is a winner.

It stays cool all night and it's very supportive for all the sleeping positions. I recommend this product abd I would buy this again.

He goes to sleep on the Symphony, and switches to The neck pillow during the nights sometimes. His pain is mostly gone! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't mind the firmness of this pillow, and I really liked that you could use both sides depending on how you primarily sleep. However I sleep on my side basically all the time, and I found that this pillow was too low for that. I would wake up every morning with pain in my neck on the side I sleep on. When I stopped using the pillow, my pain went away!

I bought one of these pillows about 8 years ago and it had been wonderful! However I just purchased another one to replace it and the quality is not as good. The pillow is squishier and not near as firm. I don't know what they changed but the new ones are much less sense. I have the new ones to my kids to use and I'm still using the old one.
