Had been sleeping on old flat pillows that I thought I loved but was waking up with constant neck pain. Bought 2 cloud pillows and I no longer have any pain waking up. I feel more rested each morning than I did before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is good, but after removing some of the fill, the pillow became lumpy and I had to constantly fluff it to maintain any loft. I would prefer a solid foam pillow that's soft.
