Comfortable pillow, already have a stitched seam coming apart in about 2 months of use. Originally ordered two, only received 1 pillow. Customer service took care of that quickly though.

These pillows indicate that they are adjustable, but you have to remove the memory foam to adjust them - which makes a mess. Its easy to remove too much, and difficult to get it "just right"
