[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that you can take out the filler to meet your comfort level is a plus. I didn't take out enough the first time and found it uncomfortable so I took out a bit more and it is perfect.

Had been sleeping on old flat pillows that I thought I loved but was waking up with constant neck pain. Bought 2 cloud pillows and I no longer have any pain waking up. I feel more rested each morning than I did before.
