The pillow adjust due to the small bits of foam throughout. I wish I had understood that as I would have likely made a different choice. Unfortunately, I bought 4 and can’t return the unopened ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived in a destroyed box and soaking wet, I actually poured the water out and had to wash and dry against Temperpedic recommendations.

We have been using them for over a week now. We found the pillows go flat very quickly through the night and become uncomfortable. They don't hold their shape at all. Not for us.
