[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love tempurpedic products. But this pillow was very difficult to remove some of the filling to make the pillow more comfortable. The static electricity was horrible, it stuck to my hands and made it harder to adjust the pillow. I owned a similar pillow and that kind of filling was the same. I won't purchase anything like this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, I thought I would be wowed. I don't notice any cooling properties, but it is comfortable. I still have to reshape it during the night. It does provide better neck support than a "regular" pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thinking that this pillow had literal layers in it that you would remove to lessen the thickness. However, the entire pillow is made of foam pieces so you just remove handfuls of this mixture until you reach the appropriate thickness for you. I put my extra filling in a bag. With so much removed, my pillow unfortunately feels a bit lumpy now but it still feels more supportive throughout the night over the traditional pillow I had before. It stays in the shape of my head all night.
