[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i thought the pillow was going to be a much more firm memory foam than what it is. it is much to soft to give me the support i was looking for. no returns even though one pillow was still in box unopened. overall very dissatisfied with my purchase.

However, the pillow its self is slightly underwhelming. Its adjustability appears to have been over advertised but the pillow over all is quite comfortable.

This one, in particular is really tickling my fancy of late, because I indulge in its extravagant softness and excellent nature. I love the way it contours to my body, it makes me feel as if I am one with the univerae.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always liked the soft elastic " marshmallow " feel of the Tempur Pedic mattress . The adjustable pillow is like thousands of tiny Tempur Pedics, or a comfy bag of Peeps. It gives me the squishy shape shifting I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is a bit flat for me when I lay on my side. That's OK. I bought one not really sized for me. However, the disappointing part is that after less than 3 months the pillow is breaking down in the middle where I rest my head. The firmness is just gone already. There is now a pocket my head settles into and that makes the size issue worse as my head sinks lower.

I love that it can scrunch up enough to make it comfortable for reading while supporting my neck and head while also being comfortable for sleeping. All in all, it's a great pillow which I highly recommend.

I sleep better when my head is slightly elevated and this pillow gives me the exact comfort and eligibility that I need for a great nights rest! The cooling benefit is an added bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the cloud adjustable pillow for a couple of months now. It is a good pillow. I purchased it during a sale. I wouldn't pay full price honestly. It is better than other shredded foam pillows I have tried. There's more material so it plumper which I like. My head doesn't overly squish it. It doesn't get too hot but it does get warm during the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This reminds me of the MyPillow brand. They are advertised as being able to adjust the thickness by removing some of the insides. There isn't enough in them to remove anything and still have a pillow. Straight from the box, they will bend almost doubled over. As it is, it is comfortable with almost enough insides to be perfect, but if it packs down any with time, they will be a floppy waste. Definitely do not recommend for a side sleeper unless you plan to fold it in half first.
