Idk how this product sells. Especially for what it’s going for. Highly disappointed. Can’t even use. No cushion. Feels like a pillow that would be in a motel 6. Maybe even worse. No cooling effect. Now I’m stuck with useless pillows.

Within 10 minutes the pillow is flat. Not happy w purchase. I will say the coolness is the best feature. I will not sleep on it again and my partner feels the same way.

Prior to purchasing this pillow, I slept with 2 pillows and still did not achieve the level of comfort and good nights of sleep as I have with this adjustable + cooling pillow. This was an excellent purchase and I am very satisfied!

Pillow was just what i needed after months of agonizing pain in my neck never able to find comfortable position to sleep until I tried this pillow. It was a game changer. Conforms to my neck giving me the support i need for a peacful night rest. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable pillow.

I purchased Tempurpedic pillows for my wife and myself while at our Florida home this last October. I used mine for a couple of days and my wife continued with her once highly advertised brand. When she saw how much better I was sleeping with my new pillow, she gave hers a try. She loved it! I got lucky and found a buy one get one sale and had the same pillows shiped back to Ohio home and the were there when we returned in early November. We bounce from Florida to Ohio, returning for Cleveland Clinic appointments. We now have Tempurpedic pillow comfort everwhere we spend time.

My husband was obsessed with his old, worn-out pillow and refused to part with it… until this one. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow was the only pillow that could actually replace his beat-up favorite. The fact that he can customize the fill and make it less fluffy was a total win-win. He gets the exact feel he wants, and I finally got him to upgrade to something supportive and clean. He loves it!

I wish I could have tried this Tempur-Cloud pillow out before purchase. The pillow is lumpy to the touch, and very warm making it very uncomfortable. I tried taking some of the filling out as the pillow was too bulky but made the lumpy feeling worse. I expected more from Tempur-pedic. What a waste of money! Lesson learned- never shop online for a non-returnable pillow again.

It feels like resting your head on a bag of crumpled newspapers, and it flattens almost instantly. Even though it’s advertised as a cooling pillow, it actually ran hot. I also had no idea it was non-returnable. My dog won’t even lie on it. It honestly feels like a way for them to profit off leftover scrap material. Do not buy this pillow if you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep. Zero stars!

I bought a pair of these pillows to replace my older Tempur-Pedic pillows. I removed them from the plastic package and put one into my king size pillow case. I noticed the length was about 3-4 inches shorter and the width was about 2-3 inches shorter as well. They are swimming in the pillow case. Unfortunately, I can't return them because they removed from the packaging.

Love that I can move the stuffing to where I need most support. Sometimes we snuggle in bed and my significant other likes to use my pillow and having less stuffing on their end of the pillow with more on mine makes it comfortable sleeping beside one another.
