The pillow feels just right. Not too firm, not too soft. But not for long. It doesn't have enough stuffing. The stuffing ends up shifting around the pillow so your head ends up flat. You have to adjust and fluff the pillow throughout the night.

Great feeling pillow. I've gotten two kings and one queen. One king was much less filled than the other but neither are truly a king size. All of my king size cases are only 75% utilizes with these pillows. Queen size is right on.

Does not hold shape. Within a hour you are laying flat with nothing supporting your head, all filling spreads to either side. Very low quality product.

I had a king tempur-pedic solid foam pillow prior to ordering this one - I ordered it for the "cooling" factor but there did not seem to be a significant difference for me and the support left my neck hurting and feeling like I had slept wrong

I previously had the Casper pillows which I love and the tempur pedic pillows are equally as comfortable. I am a side sleeper so I like to use them to also put between my legs and these are great as they aren't too firm or too soft.

Within 10 minutes the pillow is flat. Not happy w purchase. I will say the coolness is the best feature. I will not sleep on it again and my partner feels the same way.

I love this pillow but I am a side sleeper. Since I started using it a few weeks ago, I haven't had any neck pain and have slept great. My husband did not like it but he is a stomach sleeper.
