Very comfortable pillow. We liked being able to adjust height of pillow

didn't fit to my head at all and couldn't return it. Just a waste of money and time.

Lumpy, poorly sewn zipper, ripped within weeks. Does not stay in pillowcase

It's a nice pillow adjusts to your body neck weight

Pillow is lumpy and does not hold its shape. I purchased two and don't use them.

Excellent product, forget about pain in the neck and the cooling is awesomely

for larger size even if the pillows are still in original wrap/package...just disappointing:-/

Doesn't cool. I wake up with numb hands a sore neck. I expected better. Sorry.
