[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the non returnable pillows have a nice cover the inner material is really choppy foam pieces clumped together and results in a high pillow height with low pillow density

These pillows indicate that they are adjustable, but you have to remove the memory foam to adjust them - which makes a mess. Its easy to remove too much, and difficult to get it "just right"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is actually composed of pellets rather than a solid piece. I incorrectly assumed it would be like the topper which I had purchased. It's an okay pillow but not the quality I expected.

I have 2 tempur pedic pillows the no longer sell so was hoping to replace them. These are so lumpy I can't even lay my head on them without my neck hurting. I use them as duvet pillows and my cats lay on them
