These pillows are great because you can mold them around your neck and head. That said, they are small and my standard pillowcases were too big! I bought stretch jersey cases to fit these. Still prefer the TEMPUR Cloud Soft & Lofty pillows.

These pillows indicate that they are adjustable, but you have to remove the memory foam to adjust them - which makes a mess. Its easy to remove too much, and difficult to get it "just right"
