Hey Thomas! Thank you for your feedback! We are very sorry that your order hasn’t arrived when you were expecting it. We are currently experiencing a delay in fulfilling some of our orders due to the high demand for our bone broths and soups. Our entire team is working closely to monitor these orders and have them safely delivered to your home as soon as we can. We are aware of the issue and in the process of fulfilling all orders. As an apology for this delay please use this BONEBROTH25 on your next order to receive a 25% discount. Again we apologize and we ask for your patience and understanding on this matter. Rest assured that we are continuously working to improve our products and services. ~ Jasmin | Kettle & Fire Happiness Team
