Hi Sylvia, Thank you for your review! I'm so sorry to hear that you found our product pricey. I will be passing along your feedback to the rest of our Team. If you ever have any questions or more feedback to share, please don't hesitate to reach out. We would love to hear from you! The reason our products are priced as they are currently is that Nick & Justin, our founders, insist on only sourcing the best ingredients available for our products while using the best techniques to maintain health benefits. Thanks,

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your review! We are so happy you've been enjoying our products, especially our Chicken Bone Broth, it's one of our customers' favorites! We hope you continue to enjoy Kettle & Fire, and looking forward to your feedback about other flavors!

Hi Gretchen, Thank you for reaching out, and let me say I’m sorry for your recent experience. We did recently update our Chicken Bone Broth recipe. It looks like the batch you received was a little extra well done which is what is giving it such a dark color and a deeper flavor. The thickness of this new broth is due to the enhancement of the ingredients and additional nutrition that we were able to add to the new formulation. While the broth is completely safe to consume we understand that it is not what you were expecting, so we are more than happy to exchange your order for a new batch that we know you are going to enjoy. Again, I would like to apologize for this experience. If you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to ask as we are here to assist you in any way possible. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns we can address for you. ~ Yanna | Kettle & Fire Happiness Team
