I haven't tried the chicken yet but the beef is great! I haven't seen a lot of physical benefits yet, however, mentally I feel it working.

Comfort and Flavor in a Cup

Very tasty bone broth. Smooth, not gritty like others. Definately have me as a lifetime subscriber. Can't wait to try the other flavors and soups.

Chicken broth

Dont like taste but hopefully will get used to it or use in a soup. That should be food. I am sure the broth is excelent quality
