I find this pillow to be way too firm. The hardness of the pillow makes it uncomfortable and it's an awkward length for the neck.

Bought these pillows for myself and my son. We are both sleeping much better and waking up well rested. I do wish it was a bit more softer.

I was looking forward to this because I have neck pain and therefore headaches, but this pillow is way too hard and makes it even worse.

The oldest model of this pillow was a lot higher quality memory foam and a lot more comfortable. Very upset they changed the foam formula.
