This pillow saved my neck. Great support. I got Medium but I think I should have gotten small. It's a little too much of a lump under my neck.

I have a king bed but this pillow is too small. I want a king sized pillow. Kinda silly. I'm sure others would like a choice.

I tried this pillow at our son's house & decided I had to have one. Wonderful for back or side sleeping.
