[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased the Cloud Breeze Luxe, and this mattress is the most comfortable bed ever. This is my second purchased of mattress from Tempurpedic in 20 years.

It is really disappointing that Tempurpedic does not stand behind their products and offer returns. This is a tiny pillow that offers no neck support. Will not buy this brand again.

My wife and I have been sleeping on these pillows for 2-3 years and absolutely love them. They are so comfortable and you can be assured that you will get a good night's sleep every night.

The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

Bought two for my mother to replace her old ones, but the design is different and not as firm as previous model. Tried returning or even exchanging for a larger model since one pillow was still unopened. Was told all sales are final purchase.
