The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

This pillow is extremely small. I ordered the large one and I'd be surprised if a full pillow case was too big!!! I wish I could send them back as I bought two of them.

My girlfriend loved the one I had bought ages ago so I bought her one for Xmas. She and I were dissatisfied of it's support and size once you lay you head on it. It shrinks to almost paper thin proportions.

I love your pillows and cannot understand WHY you stopped making a king size version. I need to replace mine b/c I've had it for a number of years. The regular size is simply too small on a king size bed. I may have to find another brand.
