I have cervical spine fusion and this is the only pillow I can sleep with. I have used one for ten years and this is the second one I have purchased. I recommend it to anyone who has a neck problem.

After taking measurements, I ordered the medium size. The thick side was gigantic compared to my neck. The narrow side wasn't much better since the entire pillow is very stiff. I hate this pillow and am going to throw it out.

I bought my pillow online through tempurpedic and it ended up being way too firm. I knew it immediately but apparently there's absolutely no returns. Not even for a first time customer looking to exchange? I'm weary of purchasing through them again.

the pillow is so tall(I purchased Medium) and very very hard, I end up with terrible neck/back pain, the worst part is cause COVID they can accept exchange or return. I spent so much money for the pillow i used twice.

Still satisfied! I even left it in a hotel room and had it shipped to me by the hotel staff. That's when I realized exactly how much it worked as the 9 days I was without it were horrible. Definitely worth the cost.
