[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable pillow. After the first night soreness was substantially relieved; within 2 nights, overall sleep quality was greatly improved.

This is my favorite pillow as I have neck issues. This one however, didn't hold up/last as long as they used to. Not sure what's changed, but thinking I might need to find another pillow, which will suck!

Please read the return policy! You will not be able to return or exchange pillows...even if unopened and pillows still sealed in original plastic! Contacted customer service...was not helpful at all.

Not more comfortable that other much less expensive pillows like that. (I own). It's not comfortable. To small in size (I got medium). Not at all what I expected. I'm really disappointed with this. I don't recommend it.

I had developed severe neck pain to the lint I could barely turn my neck to look to left or right. Constant pain. I have used this pillow for about 2 months and ALL the pain is gone!

It is really disappointing that Tempurpedic does not stand behind their products and offer returns. This is a tiny pillow that offers no neck support. Will not buy this brand again.
