Since I have started sleeping on the neck pillow I have experienced less neck associated pain. I have degenerated discs in my neck which this pillow seems to have given me relief from.

There's a difference between "extra-firm feel" and hard as a rock. Add a nasty chemical smell to this and you get the idea behind the rating. Do check the return policy (or lack off) before you purchase!

I've been buying this pillow for ever. The last one i bought is different than all of them. Hard and never breaks in.... i miss my old pillow. Change it back!!!

I had ongoing problems with my neck from a whiplash injury. Sleeping on the Tempur-Neck Pillows solved my neck issues. I just bought my second one after using my previous one for about 12 years. I won't sleep on any other pillow!!

Pillow is 19" not 20". Misleading and Deceptive. It is very small. Company does take their products back. Customer service told me, so what it is only 19", too bad. Horrible culture.
