Was softer than original neck pillow purchased a few years ago

No more neck pain after the 1st nights sleep. Just wished that I would have bought it sooner.

It was a disappointment and caused more strain to my neck than before.

I ordered the size medium but it's too small even I am only a tiny woman

i wake up sometimes with sore ear; harder than expected.

After getting used to this pillow I don't think I would use any other pillow

This was really awful - hard as a rock. We had to just get rid of it and replace it.

It has helped my neck and upper back so much since using this pillow.
