I can fall asleep more easily and it is very comfortable.

I thought I ordered a firm/hard as a brick pillow. It was way too soft and I felt I got no support

Been using this pillow for years. Works the best for my neck.

It was a disappointment and caused more strain to my neck than before.

Felt softer and seems it downsized

Not as good as previous tempurpedic pillow. Too firm and high making it uncomfortable.

After getting used to this pillow I don't think I would use any other pillow

Way too firm for my liking. I am a side sleeper and my ear hurts in the morning from the pressure.
