[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the same pillow back in 2010 and Loved It! Loved it so much that I wanted a new one. The new one I received was way less firm and seems much less quality. I will not be recommending or purchasing this product again.

It definitely helps with my neck pain at night. It is a little firmer than I expected and I think it could be slightly more on softer side. Pay attention to the sizes and definitely pick smaller if you fall in the middle. If it's too large, it may put more pressure on your neck than necessary and feel uncomfortable. Overall a good pillow if you experience neck pain.

I did not know what size to get so I bought a small and medium. I did not have any issues initially, but started having neck pain after a few days. I switched to the medium pillow, and the same thing happened. I would recommend people talk to customer service to see what may work for them.

This pillow is by far the best pillow ever. I take it everywhere cause if I don't have it. I will notice my neck pain the next day. I couldn't believe the differences. I am a side sleeper and this pillow saved my nights sleep without knowing I even needed it. I would HIGHLY recommend any side sleeper to try it out for a week. You won't regret it. It is also small enough to travel well. It will now come with me everywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a tempurpedic pillow for years, along with a mattress. I recently replaced my pillow since it was probably 15 years old. The new one is just as great, these are good quality products that last a long time and are worth the investment!

I bought my first Tempur-Neck Pillow about 8 years ago and it was a God Send. The pillow stopped the problem of waking up with a numb right arm and hand stemming from cervical disc compression. The foam was beginning to break down (soften) so I replaced it with a new one in the same size (Medium). Ever since I switched pillows I've had neck pain while I'm using it and the next day. Beyond that, the smell from the pillow is very strong and prevents me from falling asleep. I don't know what Tempur-pedic did to change the design and materials, but the product is now a real disappointment.

I've suffered from chronic back and neck for years as a result of a career of injuries. The Temper Pedic mattress eliminated my back pain and this pillow eliminated my neck pain. It's simply amazing.

It is kinda amazing how much a pillow helps you sleep and feel better. Definitely recommend for back sleepers! One thing we didn't pay attention to was the size, we bought the medium, but it still is quite small and our pillow cases are a little big. But the size is great for my neck.

I love this pillow. I also have the tempur-Pedic ergonomic bed. Now that I have the pillow, I can watch TV in bed without my chin squnched up against my neck. Also, I have never slept better than after sleeping with this pillow. I would never want to be without it. It is a must have!
