[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem I have is during the night my pillow case gets all bunched up and I have to re-fit it to be comfortable. I have tried 3 pillow cases. It is a narrow and smaller pillow than normal so it is hard to accommodate a fitting pillow case.

I can't explain how much this pillow has improved my sleep, it's not too hard and it's not too soft, it's not too high either. My neck is so relieved and my spine is aligned perfectly! I'm a hygienist and this pillow has truly alleviated my neck and back pain while sleeping. I'll never use another pillow, this is a must try!

It is not too hard but not too soft - just the way I like it. Each side (long side) has different height levels, so you can adjust to your liking. I would recommend this pillow to others!

It is not a comfortable pillow to start so that is very tough to get used to. I know it will get better iver time because our last pillow was so comfy but I cannot remember how long it took to break in. It is so stiff and hard but we do feel better overall. Mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this pillow, I wish I had ordered up one size. That is just a preference as I did measure for a small. I would prefer the pillow to be a bit firmer, but overall I wake up with no pain. It's so hard to find a good pillow, but this is the best I've found this far.

I use this pillow every night as I like the neck support. The only problem I have is that the pillow is a little hard, especially on cold nights, sometimes becoming uncomfortable. I often turn a lot trying to get asleep so I wish the pillow had a little more give (softness) to enable me to cuddle with it.

My husband had the smaller version and post surgery I was desperate to find something that would help me sleep well on my back (I'm a devoted stomach sleeper) Well this pillow had been a life changer and my face will thank me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pillow and the fact that it comes in different sizes AND they describe how to take your measurements to get the right size. I replace my pillow every few years or so out of preference but this one could probably last decades! The one improvement I'd like to see is more options for fitted pillowcases (silk option) to protect the cover it comes with. I switch my pillowcases 1-2 a week to avoid acne :)

I loved my first one so much that I bought in 2003 and slept on till i just bought the new one . The orignal one is still in great shape and now it is the guest bed. I am completely sold on Tempur Pedic !!
