This one has the right support for my neck and head as it conforms to my neck and head so that I can relax and sleep well and comfortably. I highly recommend this pillow.

One is firm while the other is soft, and both my partner and I are completely satisfied with the pillows. They're comfortable and keep cool all throughout the night, helping for a great nights sleep.

My chiropractor has always suggested sleeping with a rolled up towel under my neck to help with my spine alignment, so I thought this pillow would be perfect. The first night I used it, I woke up with a headache I couldn't get rid of. This scared me off using it again until a couple nights later... same thing. Now I can use it without headaches, but it's so firm, it makes my ears red and hurt if I lay on my side. My fiancé doesn't seem to mind it, though he pretends like the big bump isn't there and just lays on the flat part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I got this pillow, my sleep has been much more restful. I wake up without pain and toss and turn far less. The great thing about it is that it works for side and back sleeping- just flip the pillow and adjust to your comfort! I'm glad I took the leap and got this pillow it's made all the difference in my sleep.

I have purchased several Tempur-neck pillows over the years to relieve severe neck pain. All pillows prior to this last purchase lasted five or more years. This pillow barely lasted one year. It's not worth the purchase price. I'll be exploring other brands.

I would consider purchasing this product once again. This is one of the best pillows I've ever used and even take it with me to travel as I find hotel pillows uncomfortable to sleep with.

I have owned the same tempur-neck pillow for about 25 yrs. I was having neck and head issues and couldn't find a pillow that I slept comfortably with. I tried pillows of different thicknesses and I even tried a seed husk pillow and a couple of other unique style pillows. Any pillow would be comfortable for a few days up to two weeks. When I tried the Tempur-neck pillow, made it through the two wk period and has worked since then. I take it with me EVERYWHERE. I recently got my wife one for Valentine's Day and she loves it as much as I do. The pillow from Tempurpedic is what convinced me to own the mattress too. Sadly, they didn't make one with a cooling feature/layer way back then. One of these days I will donate mine and buy the upgraded one. Thank you Tempurpedic. I am a user of the neck pillow. Have been for many years. I sleep on a king size bed, 80 inches wide. I ordered two neck pillows, large in size. What I received were small pillows, all though the packaging stated large. I never measured but I would need 3 if not 4 pillows for my bed. So if you need a large "king size" pillow to fit a king size bed, be cautious when ordering the pillow. No comment on quality or comfort. Just the size.
