I've had my same pillow for 20 years and it's now just finally worn out. (Turning to dust would be more accurate.) It's been the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I can never never find a "goldilocks" pillow anywhere. I take it camping, on vacation, and anywhere I'm going to spend more than one night. I took it on a road trip to northern Alberta once and learned that at -40° it had a lot in common with a slab of concrete. I had to defrost it before bed. Lesson learned. Don't pack it in the trunk when traveling through cold weather. I've been worried that they wouldn't make them anymore. Because that is my luck. But I was more than elated to discover that they still make them. I hope they never ever stop making these, and don't mess with perfection.

This pillow was the WORST pillow you could buy if you have neck pain. I bought it for my husband and after trying to use it for a few days he ended back in his doctors office who advised him to stop using the pillow immediately. Please do not buy this pillow. I doubt that they will post this review but if they do you will have to go through a huge amount of good reviews till you get to one that doesn't have 5 stars. They say satisfaction guaranteed but they LIE. They will not even let you exchange the pillow for a regular one. I am curious how many reviews I will have to go through to see this one. I will be shocked if they even post it.

I am not sponsored by Tempur-pedic, but I just simply cannot get away from their products! The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been in their line up over the past few generations and it has only gotten better and better. In fact, even my 5 yr old Yellow Lab LOVES it and is always on it. It is the only pillow that provides support. I'm happy to say every bedroom in our house has a set now. It is the perfect compliment to their Firmer mattress lines. If you summer from any sort of neck pains and are a back sleeper or side sleeper this is 1000% the pillow for you. Or if you own Labradors :)

I've used the pillow for several years. We just got back from a 2 week vacation and used pillows in 3 hotels and a cruise ship. I didn't find a comfortable pillow in any of them. Got back home and what a relief to get back to this pillow. Now ordering for my use on vacation and my daughter's house when we visit there.

I have Tempur neck pillows previously and loved them. So after about 8 years with my last one, I decided to get a new one. This one is so hard it creates neck pain- I've tried to break it in by using it but it is simply too hard and does not give. It is unusable, and to literally add insult to injury, Tempurpedic will not allow returns on pillows. If you have used older Tempur neck pillows, please be aware that this is MUCH harder.

Oh that got your attention? I was wrestling with my five and three year old boys on the floor and thought it would be funny to tackle my wife from behind. Instead of falling forward like a normal human being, she forcefully sat backwards, jamming my skull through spine and into my feet. I was in pain for weeks and was about to go see a chiropractor until my bro in law told me to buy this pillow. I'm not saying this pillow is a miracle worker, but going from weeks of pain and then no pain the first night I slept on it, seems like that might not be a coincidence. Not to mention I sleep like a fat baby now. And still no neck pain. Great product and I'll tell everybody.

This pillow is the worst thing that has come into my life. Ever since I started using it a few weeks ago, I have had chronic neck pain. The neck pain isn't like the kind you get from a bad nights sleep - it is debilitating and has affected every part of my life. I can't even drive without worrying that I'll hit a bump and move too suddenly, further increasing my pain. I've had to see a chiropractor to get my neck restabilized. What's even worse is that it's expensive and yet there is no trial period. There are 0 refunds. I want to burn this pillow and never have to see it again and be reminded of the pain it has caused.

I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow for a few years and finally I got one over the holiday. Each morning I would wake up and my neck and back where in pain because of how I was sleeping at night. I have also had a problem with snoring pretty much my whole life which ultimately effected my overall amount of sleep. I call Tempur-Pedic's Neck pillow my "Productive Pillow". Now I wake up with minimal neck pain and I feel more energized as I am able to sleep longer with less movement. If you're a back or side sleeper this is the product for you. Don't wait like I did...

This is the third TEMPUR-Neck pillow set we have purchased. Have always hoped for pillows sized for a king or queen bed, so I purchased 2 "Large" pillows. Boy, were we disappointed when we opened the box and found 2 small child-size pillows that are 4" shorter than our current pillows. They look ridiculous on our king bed. We will probably give them to our grandkids. The purchase was my fault because I focused on the description of "LARGE" instead of reading the actual dimensions. We won't be fooled again, and we won't purchase another Tempur-Pedic product. Too bad.
