I find the support for my neck wonderful. I have used these pillows for over 20 years. I buy a new one every 3 years as they do get flatter over time. The major negatives are the smell at first and the firmness. The smell does go away.. PROMISE and like a tempur bed you get used to the firmness . You will dislike all other pillows after using the neck pillow - I sleep on my side/stomach and love it

So disappointed. I bought a temperpedic pillow in 2009 and it was amazing. Needed another for our second home and after three days, I'm throwing it in the trash. I don't even know how you call this a pillow. It's so hard that it constricts blood flow in my ears so I wake up with ear pain.

I've owned and enjoyed the neck pillow for 10+ years. I needed one for my vacation home and was disappointed to see that the king-size was not available. So I got the same support just my head rolls off the ends sometimes. And my wife's king-size pillow requires that we buy 2 sizes of pillowcases. The price of a good nights sleep! If you're new to these pillows, note that you need to let them warm up before judging the firmness.

It went to a point where I was having discomfort in my chest muscles when breathing deep. My doctor said it was due to muscle spasms when waking up in improper sleep form. Bought both the neck pillow and side to back pillow and alternatated between the two. Was really amazing that something so simple could make such a big difference. I have been sleeping on the the Tempur Neck Pillow for over 20 yrs. I reorder them about ever 2 yrs but recently (the last 4 yrs) the new pillows I have received are not firm enough, not like they use to make them and they collapse under the weight of your head. The smell has gotten far worst as well. I would air the pillows out for a few days before using. Now, I have had to air them out weeks before I can use them. I find that it may be time to start looking for another pillow. This saddens me because, like I said, I have been sleeping on the Tempur Neck pillow for over 2 decades. I wish they would go back to the firmer pillow that actually supports your neck and that smelled less offensive. Very disappointed.

I've had the pillow for one week. The good news is that I have stopped waking up with a headache. The bad news is that this pillow isn't comfortable at all. I keep telling myself, when I wake up in the middle of the night due to being uncomfortable, that it's worth it because I won't have a migraine in the morning. In summary: I'm glad I don't have a migraine when I wake up, but I'm not getting a comfortable night's sleep. I seem to have exchanged one problem (morning migraines) for another problem (unpleasant sleep). Oh well. If I have to choose which problem to keep, it's the uncomfortable sleep (because migraines are the worst!!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We simply can not imagine anyone using this new pillow design as a sleeping pillow! This product is 180 degrees negatively opposite of the wonderful tempurpedic mattress and pillows we have purchased previously.

Purchased two and they are super hard and tiny! and WOW! hard as a rock! and soo small? why soo small? why can i return a mattress after 90 days trial, but i can't return or exchange the pillow? they must know it sucks! the representative tells me it's the best pillow they have! (that's scary!) she then says "it has a break-in period"... how many decades could this take? hmmm she then advises me to sit on it while i'm watching tv... and bounce up and down on it. hmmm - interesting. i'll just leave you with that. buyer beware!
