I have owned a tempur neck pillow for YEARS and YEARS, and it was time to get a new one. I got one, and it was not the same at all. I am so disappointed because I don't want to order a new one, this website says no return policy on pillows. I will stick to my old one, I guess. Did you guys change the formula??? It does smell, and they always smell, I just give them time to air out and after awhile the smell goes away.

We just bought a new Neck pillow to replace an old one that we had for a few years. BE AWARE: The new NECK pillows are much harder than they used to be. Tempurpedic must have changed the density of the foam that is used for the neck pillows. I hate the new neck pillow because it is now too hard. I had to return it. We loved the old pillow. I hope Tempurpedic goes back to making the the old pillow!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love everything about it - the support it gives when sleeping on back or side through shape and pleasant consistency of the foam, the washability of it's cover and that it is long lasting. i bought the first tempur pedic pillow years ago and slowly acquired a few more in different sizes and shapes for each family member who are very happy with them, too.

I loved it so much, I recently purchased a new mattress, platform, pillows, extra top, even sheets from Tempurpedic. When my pillows arrived, they were not king pillows. I called to inform of the mistake and was told they don't make king neck pillows anymore. What? How can that be? They make king mattresses. They make king sheets sets with king size pillow case. But no king pillows. Absolutely absurd. Below is a pic of my bed. Left is the old, king size pillow (which BTW is a standard size for a king pillow). On the right is what Tempurpedic sells. What a joke. I guess I will buying from their competitors. Oh, and BTW, I am not normally one to complain, but they sent me a previous survey about my buying experience and I related my unhappiness with the pillows, and guess what? Crickets. So, yeah, not sure they really care that they are out of touch with their customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw these pillows for BOGO and I knew I couldn't miss the chance, first night sleeping on them last night and it was amazing! My neck was so perfectly settled! Unfortunately, now I want a new bed, to be as comfy as my pillows lol

Slept on pillow for one night, next day had problems with fingers on left hand. Later that day had pulling problems with left arm. Went to chiropractor to get spine back in line. I'm now going 3 times a week to correct problem. Sorry I slept on pillow, I'm feeling very bad now @ I threw it away.

I purchased the Tempur-Neck Pillow on the recommendation of my chiropractor in a size medium. I was very excited to try it because I was in need of a new pillow, I had been waking up daily with a sore neck. After using the pillow for a month I was still waking up with a sore neck, even worse than before. I called customer service for some advice and they suggested I try the pillow in a size small. I have been using the small pillow and it is wonderful! Another thing I will mention is the smell of the pillow, it is very unpleasant. I also asked customer service about that and the representative suggested rolling the pillow up like a sleeping bag. It helps to push clean air through and work out the smell.
