Before buying I suggest trying out a cheap knockout to make sure you like the shape. Then if you like it, get the high quality version here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a TEMPER Neck Pillow for past 14 years. I do recommend this Pillow for anyone who suffers with neck pain. I travel with it. Don't know how I ever had a good nights sleep without it.

I had the tempurpedic side to side pillow for a really long time and loved it but it was due for a replacement. I was so excited to get this pillow and when received it was 1/4 of the size of my original pillow but I thought let's give this a try. Still optimistic. I honestly don't feel like it supports anything. It almost feels flat. It has not helped my neck pain and had actually increased some of my mid back pain From the lack of support. It's disappointing for the amount of money I paid. I have had it about a week and a half and will be ordering something different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a tepuredic pillow for as long as I remember, so when it was time to get another pillow, I just got an "updayed" version of the one I had. I like how the outer cover can be removed for washing. Holds support and form well for comfort. The side where the pillow is more built up for the neck is my favorite part of the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has chamged the way I sleep. Two years ago I had a brain tumor removed from behind my cerebellum. The surgery involved slicing into the back of my neck (6" long), detached muscles, etc. and during recovery until now, I have had a hard time sleeping. I was recommended to get this pillow for my bed and I am sure glad that I did. I got the larger size since I am 6'2" and it immediately took the pressure off of my neck. I no longer have to sleep propped up with two pillows and wake up refreshed again. If I had to do it all over again, I would quickly purchase these pillows again, amazing product!

This new version of the pillow is NOT like their old version AT ALL. I've tried to break in the foam on and off many times before giving up. The foam doesn't give at all and it is like sleeping on a curb. I had bought it for my whole family and we've all experienced the same thing. It's crazy to still choose Tempur pedic when there are SO many other comparable products on the market nowadays that offer a trial and return especially if the product is unused. I had never before been unable to return an unused product. I had questioned the hardness of the pillows when they first arrived still in their packaging but decided to give it a try due to Tempur pedic's strict no return policy. It was even hard to find the place to leave this review. I would not recommend these pillows (nor the company).

I do not recommend this product and please don't compare this product to the original one. It's awkward, gives you neck pain and headache and does not help you sleep. I was an admirer of tempeurpedic pillows and beds for years but whoever decided to make this terrible change should be fired! Worst pillow ever. We might as well buy Bobs pillows. They rank about the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would often wake up with shoulder or neck pain, but ever since I've been sleeping on Tempur Neck Pillow, I've been sleeping like a baby. I feel refreshed in the morning and ready to take on the day! It changed my attitude throughout my day!

The height difference between the two sides is too dramatic, so I could use either. It's also a much firmer memory foam than older Temper pillows. I tried for a few weeks, but woke up in pain every day. And best part, they don't allow returns even though you can't try the pillow ahead in a store. I do not recommend purchasing a Temper pillow until you're able to actually try one in a store. Really disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect amount of firmness and softness makes this pillow ideal for back and side sleepers (the size small is even great for stomach sleepers since the neck curve isn't too elevated). This is the second Tempur-Neck pillow I've bought after having the first one for over 10 years. Reliable brand for outstanding comfort and durability.
