I have used contour pillows for years. Unfortunately my go to pillow is no longer manufactured. I loved the mattress and decided to try Tempurpedics. After trying to sleep on it for two weeks I've decided to give up the ghost. It is an extremely firm pillow with absolutely no give. My husband has literally been standing on it for a week to try to soften it. Unfortunately I purchased it on line and basically am out $100.00. I highly recommended trying it out in store prior to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is an exceptional product. It is firm enough with the right amount of plush. It keeps my neck aligned and propped up enough without sinking in too much, which is what usually causes neck pain for me. However, it still manages to have a nice form fitting behavior. I absolutely love it and may have to get my wife one if she keeps taking mine.

Buyer Beware, Do not purchase from TempurPedic. First of all, the advertising about how superior their mattresses are is just that, advertising. Second of all, take a few minutes to read my rather long review before you make any decision, it will be worth your time. I bought one of their mattresses many years ago through a local store, and at a cost of around $3,000.00 I was looking forward to how much I would love it, and I trusted that it would stay comfortable for many years. Unfortunately it started sagging and softening rather quickly, after about a year of use. I was at that time rather thin, and I was the only person to use the mattress, so its rapid deterioration was no fault of my own. My second and last experience with TempurPedic was less costly but just as disagreeable. I purchased one of their neck pillows thinking that it would help my neck and shoulders tension. Unfortunately after trying the pillow for about 5 minutes upon its receipt, I realized that it would be impossible to have a comfortable night sleep while using it. I therefore immediately started a return procedure, only to discover that TempurPedic does not accept any pillow to be returned! I am guilty of not checking their return policies before my purchase because, one more time, I fully trusted their company. The infuriating thing is that the pillow is absolutely in pristine condition, having been used only for a 5 minutes trial while protected by a clean pillowcase. Meanwhile their return policy for their mattresses is a 90 days trial period, after which you can return the mattress if not fully satisfied! So, they will take back a used mattress that people have been rolling around on for three months, but not a perfectly clean pillow used for a few minutes! I shudder to think of those poor unsuspecting customers who purchase a TempurPedic mattress without realizing that it might have been used by someone else for three months! It is disgraceful and dishonest. I will never trust that company again, I found out the hard way that they are despicable and totally untrustworthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical before the purchase. I have used similar pillows from other companies before with no noticeable results. But this one works! My constant neck pain is gone now. I followed the size suggestions, and it is a perfect fit. Very happy with the purchase.

I called immediately after opening the package because this pillow is way too hard. It has not been used but I'm not able to return it. This is very disappointing because the 90 day trail is only for mattresses but it's not clear that this doesn't apply to pillows. I feel like the advertising is very misleading and will never purchase another product from tempurpedic again.

I purchased this pillow based on recommendations that it was a good neck supporting pillow. This pillow is too shallow and does not truly conform to the neck as advertised. I have had worse neck and shoulder pain as a result of using this pillow. This pillow also has a strong and unpleasant chemical odor which hinders a good night sleep, using Fabreeze helps to mask the odor. The pillow is over-priced based on my experience and worst of all Tempur-Pedic will not allow returns on pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Tempurpedic pillow with a new one recently and am once again impressed with the support and comfort of the pillow. Before Tempurpedic, my nights were disrupted and my neck and back had chronic pain. This pillow eliminates my former need to rely on lots of physical and massage therapy. No break-in period needed. So comfortable the very first night.

Wouldn't recommend this considering the lack of comfort and firmness. I've never liked fluffy pillows and prefer structure, but this wasn't something I could even sleep on. Recommend trying in store considering this isn't an item they accept returns or exchanges for.
