[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having regular neck pain every morning when I woke up. Arguably, the pain was because of my habit as a stomach sleeper. However, the Tempur-Neck Pillow made it so comfortable and easy to transition to side sleeping. It's soft but firm, offers amazing support, and is frankly the best pillow I've ever owned.

I have been experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain for almost a year and have tried many different pillows before finally breaking down and buying this one. I was hesitant because of the price, but was so desperate that I would have paid 10 times as much to get relief. This thing works! Yes, it is very hard and heavy, but if you are experiencing neck and should pain then you need something more substantial than the average "firm" pillow from the store. This is obviously not for people who just want a thicker pillow, so if you are experiencing pain or discomfort when sleeping, do not hesitate to buy this pillow. I used the size guide and bought the small and it fits my neck perfectly.

This pillow is extra firm apparently which I didn't see in the description anywhere. Although the customer service person who emailed me claimed that it was. This is the hardest pillow I've ever seen. I am very dissatisfied that I paid this much for a pillow that I cannot use. If you like soft pillows this is not it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two tempurpedics and I both love them. Im a dentist so my neck and back hurt sometime. Thats main reason I switched to Tempurpedic and so far Im painfree and my sleep cycle has been improved dramatically

I have tried so many others but nothing compares to this pillow, my head just sinks into this pillow & stays that way, so comfortable, i get the best night sleep ever, & with no neck pain, it is a must try, trust me you wont go wrong, after using this pillow you will not need any other.

Buyer Beware, Do not purchase from TempurPedic. First of all, the advertising about how superior their mattresses are is just that, advertising. Second of all, take a few minutes to read my rather long review before you make any decision, it will be worth your time. I bought one of their mattresses many years ago through a local store, and at a cost of around $3,000.00 I was looking forward to how much I would love it, and I trusted that it would stay comfortable for many years. Unfortunately it started sagging and softening rather quickly, after about a year of use. I was at that time rather thin, and I was the only person to use the mattress, so its rapid deterioration was no fault of my own. My second and last experience with TempurPedic was less costly but just as disagreeable. I purchased one of their neck pillows thinking that it would help my neck and shoulders tension. Unfortunately after trying the pillow for about 5 minutes upon its receipt, I realized that it would be impossible to have a comfortable night sleep while using it. I therefore immediately started a return procedure, only to discover that TempurPedic does not accept any pillow to be returned! I am guilty of not checking their return policies before my purchase because, one more time, I fully trusted their company. The infuriating thing is that the pillow is absolutely in pristine condition, having been used only for a 5 minutes trial while protected by a clean pillowcase. Meanwhile their return policy for their mattresses is a 90 days trial period, after which you can return the mattress if not fully satisfied! So, they will take back a used mattress that people have been rolling around on for three months, but not a perfectly clean pillow used for a few minutes! I shudder to think of those poor unsuspecting customers who purchase a TempurPedic mattress without realizing that it might have been used by someone else for three months! It is disgraceful and dishonest. I will never trust that company again, I found out the hard way that they are despicable and totally untrustworthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I almost bought the small pillow, but I used the size finder and ended up with a medium pillow (and I am a very petite person). Would recommend paying close attention to the size. The pillow is helping me train myself to sleep on my back to reduce pressure on my neck/jaw.

When necessary, I can make it through the night on most pillows. But the first night I put my head on my TEMPUR-Neck pillow I knew there was no more "make it through". When my head hits the pillow there's no adjusting, squeezing, or moving. It's as though it was custom made. Perfection! Mine is a large, wife's is medium. On the couple times we've switched we're like Goldilocks, trying to figure out why it's not "just right". Switch! Ahhhhhhhh.

I have a herniated disc in my neck, I use this pillow when I need to lie flat to reduce my neck pain. I ordered a small size based upon my dimensions. It is a very small pillow in terms of length and horizontal dimensions so it doesn't fit well in normal sized pillow cases. Unfortunately, if you are broad shouldered, you likely will only be able to enjoy this pillow when sleeping on your back. When I sleep on my back though, this is a great pillow and gives me the support l need while letting me be as flat as possible.

It is too small and yet is the largest they offer. Not only is it not long enough, it is not tall enough either. When I used it, I needed to put a pillow under it in order to be comfortable. My king size pillow case is double the size so I have to fold it under the pillow.It was a waste of over $150.
