I am a 90% side sleeper and 10% back sleeper, this pillow offers me the most support with comfort. I do not wake up in the morning with any neck pain like with traditional pillows where I always felt like I 'slept wrong' I would highly recommend!

I bought this pillow after using my moms original neck pillow which I absolutely loved. I found this pillow much bigger and a lot harder. I bought the medium and found it actually hurt my neck instead of relieving it. Unfortunately I couldn't exchange it which is bummer since I paid a lot of money for a pillow I can't use. For now I guess it's a knee pillow.

I HAVE BEEN USING A TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR YEARS AT HOME AND IN THE CAMPER. THIS PAST YEAR MY CAMPER WAS DESTROYED INTHE HURRICANE ON JULY 4TH. IT WAS TURNED OVER AND FLOODED. OVIOUSLY MY TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW WAS DESTROYED. WE GOT A NEW CAMPER IN AUGUST AND I TOOK MY PILLOW FROM HOME AND PUT IT IN THE CAMPER AND ORDERED A KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR HOME. FOR MY REVIEW THAT I WROTE TEMPUR-PEDIC SENT ME ANOTHER PILLOW OF MY CHOICE. WE GOT ANOTHER KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW AND MY WIFE HAS BEEN USING IT EVER SINCE. SHE LOVE IT. The pillows have a low profile and are at least 5 inches shorter than a regular (queen) size pillow. It is comfortable but very small in comparison to my regular pillows. I have to tuck the pillow case inside or I have a 7 inches of loose fabric flopping around. I didn't realize how small they would be or I would have gotten a different model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using the neck pillow from Tempurpedic I did not use a pillow. I could never find one that gave me the appropriate support for my neck (while back sleeping) and shoulder (when side sleeping). The Tempur-Neck solves the problem for both areas. I take it with me when I overnight with my kids and grandkids.

This pillow is awesome for alignment! Seriously! I have not had a kink in my neck since the first night of using it..close to 2 mos! Downside...and this is a BIG DOWNSIDE! IT SMELLS horribly! After 2ish mos it's gettinf better but if you have a sensitive nose or smells bother you, this pillow is not for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck dystonia. I struggled for years and tried a myriad of ergonomic pillows. A friend recommended termpur-pedic pillows. Almost immediately I was having improved sleeps. Over time I would say there was improvement with my dystonia with some decrease in pain. After my initial purchase I ordered 4 pillows - I use them at home, travel and now even my chihuahuas loves to use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best pillow ever. I shopped around and bought and returned many pillows until finally going back to my favorite which I bought back in 2002. Yes they lasted almost until 2017 when I finally replace them and was lucky enough to get the two for one deal online. They are a little stiff and smelly at this point but I think in another month they will be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the small tempur neck pillows and to my surprise, it was smaller than expected as it didn't even fit standard pillow cases. The pillow feels flimsy when touching it with my hands but firm against my head. Overall, the product wasn't how I remember it to be compared to my previous tempur neck pillow.
