Second Tempurpedic Neck pillow I have purchased and I have to say my sleep has improved greatly! Years ago, a back injury, my first Tempurpedic pilIow, everyone wanted my pillow, and not really sure why I didn't replace it life happened. I do know from trying other imposter brands didn't compare, I returned them! The best 2021 purchase I've made, the second was a week later, I got rid of the gel topper I bought 10 months ago, and ordered the Tempurpedic Topper! Going to bed is no longer dreadful. I sleep better, more peacefully, and longer than I have for past 16 months, slowly sleep and waking up is improving, from the soft, support. It's like sleeping on what I imagine is a fluffy cloud! No more is it a nightmare to wake up! Would highly recommend both the pillow and topper! My dream come true would be to own a Tempurpedic Bed! Friends own one, insisted I just lay down on it. Was d-i-v-i-n-e!

I had a high expectation on this product, but this is worst purchase I have ever made. I purchased 2 neck pillow for Thanksgiving gift for myself. The pillow has weird chemical odor which makes me headache. Then I wanted to get refund, but the customer service refuse it and said the odor can be gone away after 30 days. They said even this product itself is defective, they are not allowed to refund it. I will not buy anything from Tempur. This is unpleasant experience. I would give 0 star if I can.

Had such high hopes for this pillow but it is so dense there is no give and feels extremely hard. On my 4th night and hoping it will soften up over time. I wake up with extra neck ache than usual. Such a shame tempurpedic does not offer free trials or the ability to return items like most companies.

I can only assume it is the merger with Sealy that has brought about the downfall of TempurPedic products. I have an old neck pillow from 15 years ago that has sadly deflated a little too much that I was looking to replace. The new model is very hard, does not respond to warmth anymore (just pressure), and just doesn't have the same quality of memory foam.

I have neck issues. I started using a Tempur-pedic pillow 20 years ago. I order or purchase new ones every 3 years. I recommend this perfect pillow to every human who suffers from cervical neck issues. It is remarkable and makes me smile each night as I drift off to sleep. Thank you to the design person(s). You must be part angel!

I was a stomach sleeper through and through which caused me to slip a disc in my neck, after addressing the problem with my chiropractor I bought this pillow to help break my stomach-sleeping addiction and it's my sleeping buddy now I dont leave home without it! No neck issues completely supported! The smell is strong, yes, but this is a rare case where I'm totally ok with getting past the "wear-in" smell with a towel on top

I was a little hesitant at first because of the pillow's firmness, but all it took was one night using it, and I was sold. I really must have been needing more neck support, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well I felt in the morning. I'm pretty certain that I'll never use a different pillow again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow had the shape I wanted, so that my neck didn't kink because my shoulder was also on the pillow. It definitely helps with my neck pain at night. It is a little firmer than I expected and I think it could be slightly more on softer side. Pay attention to the sizes and definitely pick smaller if you fall in the middle. If it's too large, it may put more pressure on your neck than necessary and feel uncomfortable. Overall a good pillow if you experience neck pain.
