The moment we received our pillows as a gift years ago we were hooked. We've taken them with us everywhere (even when we moved to Africa for two years) because we never sleep well when we don't have our pillows. My sleep quality definitely improved once I started sleeping on my tempur-pedic neck pillow!

One of the best things I did was purchase this pillow during my recovery! It takes about a week to get used to it if you have never used a contour pillow before, but now I'll never go back. This pillow keeps me in alignment and is very comfortable whether you sleep on your back or side. Great investment!

The cover of the pillow is like silk, my pillow cover will not stay on the pillow cause it is slick. I do not like it, paid too much for this pillow. I had other neck pillow and it was a good one. You need to let people know what kind of material is on the cover of your pillows

This pillow is as hard as a brick after giving it almost a month to break in and the geometry of this pillow is off. If you plan to use this for side sleeping, don't bother. With the pillow being as hard as it is your head will tilt down due to the bulbous nature of this hump and will be "resting" your neck on this hard apparatus. Just for a sanity check, I had my wife use it and after about a minute using the pillow she said this pillow was like a rock. Even after about a months use. Either I got a dud or this is just poor quality control standards.

I had severe shoulder pain and my physical therapist recommended it and sold me my first one. I have used this pillow ever since. I keep a couple on hand and take one with me when I travel to use at the hotel. This pillow keeps it shape for a very long time.

Ordered the large neck pillow based on the recommended measurements on the site. Been using the pillow about a week now and I think it's a bit too high up, it hurts my neck. I looked at the return policy and Tempur doesn't allow refunds or exchanges on pillows, so I'm pretty much stuck with a $100+ pillow that doesn't fit me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of the first-generation TEMPUR-Pedic mattresses and neck pillows back in 1996. My memories are of one stinky but comfortable mattress and pillows. I couldn't sleep on the mattress for almost a week because of the strong and awful chemical odor. I had the windows open and walked on the mattress a couple times a day in an effort to get rid of the smell. It did finally subside, and I got around 12 wonderful and restful years of sleep on the mattress. I've since replaced it with another brand but kept the pillows, which finally wore out, and I replaced them with another pair of TEMPUR-Pedic neck pillows. Sadly, I was really disappointed when that familiar stench hit my nose as I opened the package. I had to hang them outside for a day to be able to breathe inside. It's been weeks now, and the smell has reduced but is still there. I can't wait for it to dissipate entirely, because I know what wonderful nights of sleep await me.

I'm no longer waking up multiple times in the night to get comfortable, & when I do wake up in the morning, I have no knots in my shoulders. Wish I would've made this purchase years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a stiff neck often and shoulder/cervical spine discomfort but this pillow had made me so much more comfortable and less repositioning and night! My husband too. I just wish there were more pillowcase options out there as it is a strange small shape compared to standard pillows.
