[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I've purchased this pillow and it seriously never disappoints. I'm typically a side sleeper, and used to have neck and shoulder pains when I used to sleep on a regular pillow. This pillow has fixed that and improved my quality of sleep. Will definitely buy again once this one is worn out.

I've owned numerous neck pillows and replace them every few years. I purchase them locally at a store that accepts returns. This time I ordered directly from Tempurpedic website using their measurement guide. Turns out that the pillow I ordered (size Large) was way too big for me. Its bulbous. shape and size contributed to a great deal of neck and head pain despite my best efforts to adapt. I then ordered a smaller size (Medium) which is unbearably rock hard and impossible to sleep on. My ears and jaw ache when sleeping on my side. The Medium pillow is "Extra Firm" according to the box. I did not have the option to choose my preferred firmness when ordering and never would have chosen Extra Firm! The first (Large) pillow I ordered was labelled "Standard" though nowhere on the website description are there options for choosing firmness. I've happily relied on Tempur pedic neck pillows for years and never had problems like this before. These new pillows are not made from the same material as the older ones. A complete waste of money since my family members also find them too uncomfortable to sleep on. Sad to say, I've lost my trust in this brand.

This is my 3rd Neck Pillow. My 1st one purchased over 5 years ago is still in great shape & very firm. I've just started sleeping on my 3rd one & have to say there is a big difference in manufacturing of this pillow since I bought my 1st one. It is nice not to have to sit on it to speed up the breaking in period; however, for stated as a "firm" pillow it seems softer than my 1st one! I still highly recommend it especially if you have any type of neck/back problems.  I wake up with very few (if any) problems even though I'm a side sleeper sometimes. A good pillow for back as well as side sleepers. We are a family who own several types of Temp Pedic pillows & this is one of my favorites next to the body pillow. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an issue with my neck that has been treated by a chiropractor for months. He suggested I get a new pillow but didn't (wouldn't) give me a recommendation. I chose this pillow because of a referral from a dear friend and I am truly seeing improvement. I am a side sleeper but it also works well when I sleep on my back. I would recommend this.

I can only assume it is the merger with Sealy that has brought about the downfall of TempurPedic products. I have an old neck pillow from 15 years ago that has sadly deflated a little too much that I was looking to replace. The new model is very hard, does not respond to warmth anymore (just pressure), and just doesn't have the same quality of memory foam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as my primary pillow. I bought this pillow to help combat neck and shoulder pain that did not seem to go away. This pillow has helped to eliminate my neck and should pain. It has a great shape that helps support your neck and improve your sleeping posture. I liked it so much I bought one for my wife. My only and very small complaint is that the pillow is slightly to hard and I would prefer it to be a little softer.

I purchased two pillows for side and back sleeping and it wasn't worth the money. I was so hopeful that these pillows would help me sleep better and not cause neck pain like other pillows. The pillows are so thin, hard and uncomfortable that incouldnt stay asleep, causing neck pain and a headache. I ended up ditching them at 330am

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I worked with computer at office more than 10 hrs/ day: I suffered from soldier neck. When my wife purchased this pillow, I thought it was super expensive (How pillow costs close to $100?) Once we receiving pillow and tested 1st night, it was awesome. The pillow perfectly fit my neck line and supported my neck. Compared to other cheap normal pillow, this neck pillow led me more deep sleep and comfort sleep life. I have a plan to purchase 4 more pillow to give my parent and parent-in-law. Don't think it is too expensive, it is worth the money. I am not owner/employee of Tempur pedic, also I don't have any stock for Tempur pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a tempurpedic pillow for years, along with a mattress. I recently replaced my pillow since it was probably 15 years old. The new one is just as great, these are good quality products that last a long time and are worth the investment!

As a slide-sleeper with cervical issues, I bought the Tempur-neck, small profile a couple of weeks ago. I found it a bit too high and, unfortunately a bit too hard, to the point I can't sleep comfortably on it. It is a pity the return policy does not allow to return this product after trying it.
