I used to have the previous version and this pillow is several inches shorter making it impossible to find pillow covers that fit and meaning your head will fall off the pillow if you move around at all. Worthless and waste of money. Reminder. Company won't let you return pillows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past few years, I've struggled with neck pain and recurrent misalignments that have resulted in frequent trips to the chiropractor. I bought the pillow they offered, hoping it would help, but it felt hard and i was never able to adapt to sleeping with it. As a wedding present, my husband bought me the TempurPedic neck pillow and am I ever glad. The first night, I slept like a baby and have continued to do so. It fits my 5'4" frame perfectly. The other pillow went straight to the trash. Buy this pillow! Your neck will thank you.

We own the "Deluxe" bed queen size and do NOT like it - our pillow, yes ONE pillow, with a queen bed was "free" with the purchase of a 2 thousand dollar bed - BUT, hubby & I both LOVE this pillow! I have had and do have other brands, including more than one from my doctor, the others don't compare. I give an overall 3 stars, because I truely believe Tempur Pedic COULD sell their products for less and still make a profit. Seriously, $100 for a pillow?

i bought this pillow almost a year ago and have used it about 4 times. it is so uncomfortable and stiff that i have turned it into a bed for my cats because they really seem to enjoy it. quite disappointing when you pay so much for something and cannot return it!

I was really excited when I ordered this pillow. I got a small thinking it would be a bit bigger but clearly I was wrong. I can barely even turn my head without my head coming off the pillow. Thought it would solve my neck and shoulder issues but it just made it worse.. Not as comfy as I thought it would be.

I have degenerative arthritis that affects my neck. This pillow is great support. I wish you made this pillow in a travel size because the regular pillow is too big for my suitcase for air travel. I have trouble trying to use hotel pillows - too soft. Do you have any options? Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to invest and ordered the regular and large size neck pillow. One fits, one does not but they are both very narrow. I wish they would take returns as I later tried the cloud pillow and it was so much better than the neck pillows. They're just too expensive without having the possibility for returns. Bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally started using the tempurpedic neck pillow many years ago when they first came out, and I was very happy with it. Over, the years I've tried MANY other styles of pillows, including several other tempurpedic styles of pillows. None worked very well for me. I would continually end up with terrible neck pain that would last for days (sometimes weeks). I recently purchased the original style neck pillow again, this time with the cooling gel. I have had it for several weeks now and I've been sleeping SO much better! No more neck pain, I can't believe I waited so long to get another one of these pillows! I will definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with neck pain. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] no neck pain. can have a side-sleep pillow and still use my c-pap! supportive without being rock hard. this pillow allows a restful sink while still keeping your neck aligned. i have irregularly wide shoulders and wish a taller option were offered closer to 6" but the large pillow is still amazing.
