[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-pedic for 10+ years. When I first started using the pillows I loved them. I could get a good year or two out of one. As of late, however, I have been unimpressed with the quality of the pillows. I purchased a pillow in August, and already it won't retain its shape! I've had neck surgeries, so good cervical support is a must for me. Unfortunately, I've been sorely disappointed with how quickly it lost its shape. I notice there are other reviewers who have commented about the same issue. This pillow is too expensive to only last a month or two. This is the second pillow that has done this. I thought the last one may have just been a bad pillow, but after two, I will now be looking for a new pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement TEMPUR- NECK PILLOW as I have one that is almost 10 years old. I love this pillow but decided it was time to replace my current pillow. The new pillow is awesome and is the only pillow I prefer to use for the proper neck support. I am an older individual so proper neck support is necessary so as not to wake up with a neck that is stiff or sore. This pillow answers those problems!

The product itself was to hard and made my neck hurt I got the large I measured and checked what it recommended so I purchased that one I think the medium would have been better be carefull before you purchase can't return them and there expensive very disappointed

I have tried the knock off versions and they just don't compare. I purchased the Tempur neck pillow a few months ago and have been so happy with it. My neck pain is little to none after using this pillow. I don't leave home without it!

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As most side sleepers know, all it takes is one night of sleeping wrong on your side to wake up with neck pain (+ bonus pain if you're over 35 :). This pillow is great for both side and back sleeping. No more neck / shoulder pain for me. The measuring for size was a tiny bit confusing, but I went with the size down per the instructions and it's great.

What can I say? Hands down ( or should I say "Neck down"), the best pillow to sleep on. I have not only slept on this pillow for the past thirty years but recommended it to my patients. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and have seen the positive effects of the Tempurpedic Contour pillow on my patient's spinal conditions. I highly advise getting measured for a pillow immediately if you want to place your spine in its optimal resting position to assist with a myriad of different health conditions. We finally took the plunge and bought the pillows and now will never look back! They are absolutely amazing with so much support I no longer have any neck problems or headaches when I wake up! I recommend this specific product to any one who is not getting a good nights sleep!

I have had zero neck pain since buying this pillow. Be aware, however, that they do take a little getting used to at first if you're not accustomed to these kinds of pillows.

I was introduced by friends after they heard me complaining that I always having neck and back pain. At first, I just tried out their pillows first, after seeing my neck pain has gotten better after a few days of using it. I then decided switching my mattress to Tempur-Pedic as well. My husband and I are on cloud9 every night ever since using their pillows and mattress.
