I bought the pillow several weeks ago and there is still a lingering chemical smell. I have put the pillow outside, leaned it up against a wall so that all sides get air, etc. Still very smelly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Certainly different from your usual soft pillow, this one provides support where you need it. It's very well constructed, has it's own covering and really does help you sleep better.

When I first used it I didn't like the odor. After 3 weeks it is starting to disintegrate. This is the third pillow that I have had over the years. I do not like a soft pillow.

Supports my neck. I sleep better than ever before and I wake up without neck or back pain or a headache. What a difference it makes. I've referred more friends than I can count and have these on every bed in my house.

It was clear this was not the same as the pillow we sought to replace. It had not been opened or out of the plastic wrap. Yet, Temper-pedic refused to replace it. The "service" person said, "too bad".
