I was super excited about getting this pillow after after some neck surgery. Received it and tried using it on the first night, pillow is not nearly wide enough and way too hard.

It was clear this was not the same as the pillow we sought to replace. It had not been opened or out of the plastic wrap. Yet, Temper-pedic refused to replace it. The "service" person said, "too bad".

It works! I love my pillow! I wish I had gotten this years ago! It helped relieve my kinked up neck after just the first time using it. And now I sleep better than ever!

I purchased two new neck pillows and have found both to be much less supportive than my past neck pillows. The new pillows are much less firm than my older neck pillow, bordering on unusable.
