[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid side sleeper and like to be slightly above bed level. This pillow is pretty cool and gives great support.

I bought two of the large neck pillow and found out the size is not right for my neck and shoulder and realize that pillows are not refundable to exchangeable which is not good because I wasted my money on these expensive pillows.

The large pillows are not as firm as the original pillows. They are too soft and not very supportive. They are also about half the size of the older pillow made 6-7 years ago. Not satisfied with the neck pillows any more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is pretty firm to the point of it hurting the back my head when laying on it. I tried sitting on it for a few days to help break in the memory foam and it just never got softer.

This is my 5th identical pillow purchase. I love the product, but the foam breaks down pretty quickly. I like the pillow enough that I consider it a disposal purchase. I buy a new one every 18 months.

Why do you have to give a product one star when it deserves zero? Extremely uncomfortable and one of the worst night sleeps I have ever had. If you want a free one you can look in my dumpster because that is where it's going.
