[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had a neck epidural for a herniated disc. Couldn't get comfortable to save my life with my old pillow. The Tempur-Neck Pillow nursed me back to good health and I can get a good night's rest.

This pillow is not the same as the one I bought some years ago although it has the same references. It is far too soft and does not support the head/neck at all. Then it is useless. And that is a shame that I cannot take it back to the store.

The Tempur Sales rep was very helpful in selecting the correct size neck pillow for my body and is like my previous Tempur neck pillow, super comfortable.

I get neck pain when my pillow does not fit my neck well. My old pillow lost its firmness. The tempur pedic fit perfectly and is not too hard , not too soft. My partner intends to buy one for herself.
