Everyone needs their NECK supported, not their head. I have had a Tempurpedic neck pillow for a decade. This was a replacement. I will always have one. I love Tempurpedic.

Love the pillow, but I got one size too large and it is very uncomfortable. I don't even use it. I was very disappointed that it could not be returned.

Not the same now. Ten years ago, I began using Tempur-Pedic pillows. They were great. The current versions are not as good as the older ones--change of material, cheaper covering. Look elsewhere for a memory foam pillow.
