[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried sleeping on it and it is hard a d hurts my neck. I would never have purchased it if I had known they are non returnable.

This is an OK neck pillow, but it is VERY small. It's about as big width wise as a standard pillow, but narrow from top to bottom. I'd prefer a larger size, especially for the cost of this pillow.

An averagee qeen size or even standard average pillow is much bigger. This pillow is way too small for size. even an standard pillow case is too big to fit properly. Quality is good consideringvthe price.

I love my pillow. Sleeping on it is heavenly. I've always loved tempurpedic pillows. They provide support while being soft. Regarding my order, I purchased one but was supposed to get another free yet only received one.

I thought by using this pillow my neck pain would get better. I used the pillow for 2 weeks and my neck is so stiff I can't turn it. I have spent so much money on pillows and now I have another pillow that does not help me.

Ended up being a waste of money. The pillow is hard as a rock and, although I measured myself beforehand, is too big. Should have just gone to a big box store.
