[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medium sized neck pillow is actually quite small which is ridiculous given its price. It's too small for a standard pillowcase. It does work for neck support however.

Bought this about 2 months ago and have not been able to use it due to the strong odor. It has a plastic smell. I washed the pillowcase and I find the odor to still be too strong still and have not been able to use it.

This pillow is STIFF! And, it is hard, too! The pillows are tremendously overpriced for the discomfort provided. We continue our search for our dream pillows. Stick to your core product - mattresses. We love our TP mattress!

I have one old "neck support" pillow that is perfect...I ordered another one and it's so hard, I hurts my neck and the bones beneath my ears and is unusable.
