[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is too small for normal person and is very uncomfortable. If you sleep on the side, many a time ear hurts as the pillow contours are hard. Stopped using after a week.

I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

I don't like the new version on this pillow. There is only one length and it's standard. There should be queen and king lengths as well. And no pillowcases to fit this neck pillow.

I get neck pain when my pillow does not fit my neck well. My old pillow lost its firmness. The tempur pedic fit perfectly and is not too hard , not too soft. My partner intends to buy one for herself.

This product is nowhere near the quality of density as my medium pillow of the same kind. It is too squishy and doesn't support my head. I am extremely unhappy with this product when I received it.
