Found product too hard. Neck actually sorer when I got up in morning. Now I have two pillows I can’t use. One is still in the box

I found my recent purchase of a TEMPUR-neck pillow to be harder than the first. Need more consistency.

Too large of a slope for my neck. Not comfortable even after a month of sleeping on it. Wish I could return.

I use it every night. I had neck surgery this is the only pillow for me. I waited for the sale. BOGOF

The way that the website on a cellphone, explains the neck to shoulder measurements is confusing. And it is nonrefundable even unopened

I don’t like it it is too hard and uncomfortable I like to send it back and get a refund unless you got something more comfortable . Please respond.

I have been using the neck pillow for the past 29 years. This is the third one that I have bought, lasts well. No other will do.

This pillow felt like sleeping on the arm of a sofa. I woke up with pain in my neck consistently. I tried a smaller size, but same result.

Pillow is very very firm! I recommend trying this large size pillow at a retail store before buying.
