The pillow is extremely hard you can barely call it a pillow. I couldn't sleep on it and my partner tried it and he woke up with the worst neck pain of his life. Especially since you can't return after trying, don't bother purchasing. It's a scam.

Over 15 years I have bought two pillows to help support my neck and I loved. I bought new neck pillow in 2020 this time the quality is have gone down ( the price still the same).

When I first rest my head on this pillow it feels amazing, but I find my neck gets stiff if I use it all night. Far better for back sleepers than side.

Love this pillow so much that I got one to keep at my boyfriends apartment too! The form fits my neck so comfortably. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and it is definitely made better when I have this pillow to sleep on!
