This is my 4 neck pillows with temper-pedic, but this one came in a plastic wrap with no box. The firmest is not there and the softness of the material. It's a rough and and flat pillow.

I really wanted this to work for my neck pain, but it's like laying on a rock. Definitely not working for me. I'm stuck with the one I bought and the one I got for free. Expensive mistake.

There is firm pillows and then there is this rock they ship. Are you kidding me?! Unless your dome weighs 50 pounds, there is not an inch of give. This would hurt as a sitting cushion. Do the right thing and offer refunds!

The pillow is too light and doesn't make the difference I thought it would. I had another tempurpedic pillow and it was fantastic- but this one was NOT good.

I have used these pillows for decades, and the latest iteration is nothing short of junk. I is too thin and compared to the ones I have owned in the past it is not worth owning. I have used them so will keep them for company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is small in size and not until this baby sized pillow was coupled with any other pillow top pillow case, was I able to feel like I got use out of it.

I really like the shape and feel of this pillow, but after over a month, the chemical odor is too strong to sleep with. I tried an extra pillow protector and an extra pillowcase, still the chemical smell comes through. Very unfortunate.
