I hoped that the pillow would help with my recent back and neck pain, but it wasnt right for me. I spoke to customer service about a replacement but they werent able to help.

Although the quality is very good, the firmness guide is off for my standards. Medium is exceptionally hard with no give. When I say I would not recommend, I refer only to the firmness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow is a must have. Without it I was having neck pain during the day. Once I started using the Tempurpedic neck pillow that issue is nonexistent

They could be thicker, I find myself having to use a flat pillow to give this one some hight. Maybe I need to buy the large instead of the medium. But still will keep the pillows.

The pillow is too light and doesn't make the difference I thought it would. I had another tempurpedic pillow and it was fantastic- but this one was NOT good.
