Easy to assemble and understand directions, initial charge was about 4 hours and the cleaner is easy to later recharge. No water needs to be added to tank to use, add water to the cup in the storage caddy and the machine self cleans easily after use. The refill cleaners are still hard to find but the bottle does last through multiple uses. I was surprised at how the dual sided cleaning solution bottle looks and works, especially since you just spray the solution on and suction it up. The sprayer top is reusable and the storage caddy has a spot for the bottle, no digging in my storage closet for it. I like that this little spot cleaner has really good suction, easy to assemble and clean along with not needing to mix cleaners to use it. This is a great space saving appliance that makes cleaning up small spills on carpets and furniture quick and easy.

I’m not very good at assembling or figuring out new tech, but the instructions made this easy. It has simple steps to use and assemble. It only takes a few hours for it to fully charge which is nice. I love that it comes with a caddy to carry everything for when I’m using it on my car seats. It’s worked wonders on my couch cushions as well. I do wish the pieces snapped in a bit more firmly as some can be loose, but it doesn’t change the quality of the stain remover itself. It’s also great that there are refills available. I will 100% repurchase the refill solution to continue using this on my couch and other fabrics.

The pieces were in good condition but they were old and dusty-this thing brought their glorious colors back to life! I absolutely LOVE THE carrying case that comes with it, the only thing I would suggest is an easier to see water fill line and a place for the charger in the carrying case. I hate losing my chargers all the time because they get separated. I am so excited to try this out on spots on my carpet tomorrow!!!

This Shark portable cleaner worked great without having to get the full size carpet cleaner out. I love that it’s cordless. It has lots of power for such a small machine. I used it on travertine flooring to clean where it’s pitted and it took it from black out looking to stone color. The battery life is great and it has a suctioning or vacuum function which comes in super handy for carpet or floors.

I didn't think it would be so effective on white sofas. It's very well made and comes with everything you need for easy transport. It cleaned up all the dirt in less than 10 minutes. The battery takes a little while to recharge, but it's worth it. I like that the spray head is reusable. I think it's an excellent Shark product. I'm surprised and in love with my new vacuum. RECOMMENDED!
