Great spot cleaner

I’ve had this for about 5 months and have used it numerous times for small pet stains and couldn’t be happier. It’s the perfect size and has a powerful motor that makes cleaning small stains easy. The included cleaner is a great addition that helps break the stain down. Cleaning is simply as you add a bit of water to the storage compartment and turn it on. Once that’s done the machine breaks down easy to let everything dry out.

Nice idea and decent suction, but ..

The tank is just too heavy for the handle section. I had to replace mine using the warranty because after 3 uses, I could only get the “install tank” error. It was clicked into place and I pushed as much as possible, but it couldn’t recognize that it was there. Upon getting the new one, I sense that the same thing will happen again. It’s like there’s only a teeny piece of plastic holding them together and the tank will fall off sometimes in use. Really wanted to love this product as I love my shark vacuum and plan on getting a purifier. But this one needs some updates and tweaks. The suction is good, not top tier, but this is a portable device so I would say it’s good for what it is for sure. I was impressed and happy the first couple uses. And now just scared the tank will break again

Great in theory

I purchased this right when it came out, so I'm assuming I have Gen 1. We purchased another for my grandmother several months later and a few features are different, like the charging port and color. Im assuming that one is gen 2. This review is about my purchase of gen 1. Hers seems to be working fine but we haven't used it more than three or so times. I also cleaned the contacts on hers immediately after opening. I had A LOT of problems with mine in the beginning. It would turn on then turn right back off, even fully charged. I called support, she walked me through the best she could for a product she didn't know much about (I purchased immediately after release). I could get it to work some times, but not others. I kept assuming the tank wasn't seated properly. Turns out, I cleaned the contacts inside (2 metal rectangles) with a q tip and some rubbing alcohol and it started to work immediately. I went to turn it on today and it's flashing yellow at me and will turn on then turn right back off. I'm going to break it down, clean the tanks and contacts again, and put it back together and see what happens. But honestly, as much of a great Idea that this product is (I would use it religiously if it worked reliably) I just get so frustrated even trying it anymore. Mostly because I'll spray the solution and then have no way to extract it. That's annoying. Also, the spray bottle of cleaner it comes with isn't really enough to make the stain went enough to extract much at all. I ended up making my own spray bottle of cleaner and a lot of water so I can thoroughly wet the spot enough to get the stains out. It works much better and is much cheaper.

May be good for extracting a spill or something, but for cleaning it doesn’t use water and only use the spray detergent and does it work real well you use a lot of detergent

Useless tool. Unfit for purpose. Waste of money

Overpriced garbage. Falls apart easily. The flap to drain it snapped - can’t buy a replacement part, if I hold it closed it still functions, except it doesn’t. Last few times I’ve tried to use it it just flashes an error code - the fix is to clean the electrical contracts with alcohol solution… but that’s assuming it doesn’t just throw waste water out of the handle assembly. Just a useless tool, unfit for purpose.
