Cord smell features durability weight all of the favorite family and my favorite friends love to clean up my house garage with good room for good smells

The tank is just too heavy for the handle section. I had to replace mine using the warranty because after 3 uses, I could only get the “install tank” error. It was clicked into place and I pushed as much as possible, but it couldn’t recognize that it was there. Upon getting the new one, I sense that the same thing will happen again. It’s like there’s only a teeny piece of plastic holding them together and the tank will fall off sometimes in use. Really wanted to love this product as I love my shark vacuum and plan on getting a purifier. But this one needs some updates and tweaks. The suction is good, not top tier, but this is a portable device so I would say it’s good for what it is for sure. I was impressed and happy the first couple uses. And now just scared the tank will break again

Overpriced garbage. Falls apart easily. The flap to drain it snapped - can’t buy a replacement part, if I hold it closed it still functions, except it doesn’t. Last few times I’ve tried to use it it just flashes an error code - the fix is to clean the electrical contracts with alcohol solution… but that’s assuming it doesn’t just throw waste water out of the handle assembly. Just a useless tool, unfit for purpose.

I’ve had this for about 5 months and have used it numerous times for small pet stains and couldn’t be happier. It’s the perfect size and has a powerful motor that makes cleaning small stains easy. The included cleaner is a great addition that helps break the stain down. Cleaning is simply as you add a bit of water to the storage compartment and turn it on. Once that’s done the machine breaks down easy to let everything dry out.

Good. Good product the first one we had broke though and we got a replacement for free so the second one is doing good so far works great. Would recommend to buy.

It took about two hours to charge fully but set up was super easy! I do find it’s better to saturate the spot and let it sit for awhile it’s a deeper stain. This is perfect for a quick clean up on spills ! It’s also very durable bc my one year old has dropped it a few times playing with it trying to clean! I would recommend. I also think this would be great for car clean up if you have cloth! I have all leather but this would be perfect if o didn’t!

I bought this right before Chistmas and couldn't wait to use it. I wanted to try this for smaller stains. I have a 3 year old grandson that loves to spill things on my cordoroy couch. I have the large stainmaster carpet cleaning machine that I love, but this works very well for spot cleaning. Finally a smaller portable machine..love all things shark ninja!
