pieces not whole wings

More bone than chicken. Extreme very small each piece. Very disappointing of the updated version. Please let’s go back no need to change

I'm the type of person that bought 5-6 of the old whole wing packs ay a time. Spent the time to cut up, and package in the quantities i want or need for the freezer. and vac pack the tips till i'd get 10 lbs or so to make bone broth. and the quallity was good. I guess these packs are more conveant if you just want wings, to quickly throw in the freezer without that prep work. But those type to people mostly just buy frozen wings for the most part. I personally dont like the flavor or prepackaged froozen wings. These are just one step up from processed frozen wings, but three steps back from thier previous packaged fresh whole wings... As time goes on with product offerings from Sam's overall, not just the meats, the membership is getting less and less worth it it seems for grocery items. if its something good and customers think its worth the membership. They then try to change it to a cheaper product but not as good. From cat food, salad dressing, bulk ketchup, etc, etc... all those little things changing to worse products, add up.. now the meat Dept? Thats a big hit to the consumer, justifying the membership price that also increased recently...

I like these wings. Almost didn't buy, because of varing reviews. They were on sale at my last visit, so I gave them a try. Out of the first 15 cooked, there were 11 flats. Oh joy. Medium to large in size, easy to cook and tasty. I have always bought whole fresh chicken wings, now I will buy these .

These are not even comparable to what sams used to sell. They are not portioned to any standard. Some have 7,8 or 9 wings in a package. Along with my review. I will no longer purchase wings from Sam's. Im sure when you are throwing cases away someone will notice....

The new packaging is terrible. First off, they're not whole wings; they're winglets. Then, you don't know how many you are getting or how many are flats and drums. And the number of winglets is not consistent for each pack. It's a mess. But I'm pretty sure it saves them money somehow so here we are.

We used to LOVE the previous whole wings. Big, meaty, honest-looking birds. You opened the package and thought, "yes, these came from a chicken that led a full life." These new ones? These are pieces of some mystery meat hacked apart by a blind, dyslexic butcher who was clearly three days deep into the DTs and swinging the cleaver with his eyes closed and a grudge. No two pieces are the same size. No two pieces are the same “shape”. Some aren't even the same theme. I laid them out on the counter like a detective and could not identify a single recognizable wing. There were nubs. There were flaps. There was one piece I've named "Kevin" because I genuinely don't know what it is and I felt it deserved a name before I threw it away. I am fully convinced I could train my dog to butcher wings better than this — and my dog once ate an entire TV remote and looked proud about it. We tossed the whole package. Every piece. Total waste of money. And these are raw “fresh” (maybe fresh from the sewer) , so I didn't even get the joy of ruining a meal — they came pre-ruined, straight from the factory, mushy and sad and slightly sticky in a way that raw chicken should never be. It was less "fresh poultry" and more "something a raccoon abandoned." And the smell. Good Lord, the smell. I've smelled things at the bottom of a summer dumpster with more dignity. A flavor — sorry, an *aura* — that would make a billy goat puke. And billy goats eat fence posts. A goat took one whiff of these and filed a complaint. Bring back the real wings, Sam's. I have a membership and a broken heart. ⭐ (and the one star is a clerical error)

I usually buy whole wings and cut them up but these are by far the best I've wings I've ever purchased. I literally took them out the package, rinsed them off, and cooked them. Made my life a lot easier!! My kids will not eat wings if they look don't look right, well, I didn't hear one complaint! I will definitely be purchasing these again!
