Hi, thank you for sharing such detailed feedback about the Mr. Clean Shower & Tub Scrubber. We appreciate you letting us know how the handle and eraser holder worked for you. The scrubber features a 360 degree rotating head to help reach areas like where the tub and shower wall meet, and the eraser can also be removed to clean tighter spaces around grout, faucets, and fixtures. For the best experience, it is designed to be used with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Shower & Tub Foaming Erasers, which are made to fit the scrubber head. We are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Shower & Tub Scrubber Starter Kit, Monica. It must upsetting that the product did not perform as expected. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Although Magic Eraser removes most dirt, it must be wet to work. For large areas and tough soils, you may need to scrub for longer than usual. Older, dried-in stains may also take longer to remove. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 248-1612 so we can take care of you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Mr. Clean.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Shower & Tub Scrubber Starter Kit. We’re glad to hear you liked the scent and cleaning performance but understand your frustrations with the handle length and the eraser falling apart. Please keep in mind: 1. The handle is designed to reach many areas of your shower but may not extend to the ceiling. For very high spots, the eraser can be used separately. 2. The scrubber head rotates 360 degrees to help with awkward spaces. 3. The Magic Eraser works like a pencil eraser, compressing and breaking down with use, leaving small pieces behind. Wetting the eraser and gently squeezing out excess water can help it last longer. 4. Ensure eraser attachment by aligning the colored soap dots outward and pressing firmly until you hear a crunching sound. If you need further assistance, please call us at (800) 867-2532. We’re here to help!
