We’re glad to hear you liked the scent and cleaning performance but understand your frustrations with the handle length and the eraser falling apart.<br /><br />Please keep in mind:<br /><br />1. The handle is designed to reach many areas of your shower but may not extend to the ceiling. For very high spots, the eraser can be used separately.<br />2. The scrubber head rotates 360 degrees to help with awkward spaces.<br />3. The Magic Eraser works like a pencil eraser, compressing and breaking down with use, leaving small pieces behind. Wetting the eraser and gently squeezing out excess water can help it last longer.<br />4. Jus a a tip, make sure the colored soap dots on the eraser are facing outward (not toward the device head), and that the eraser shape lines up with the device head.
