They are tasty, easy to chew up and come in conveniently wrapped individual pieces. These will come in handy for my son who gets a little backed up but hates the gritty powder.

I took these in the morning and was hopeful they'd work within a few hours, but alas they did not. I was able to BM the following day, so it may have worked in a slower release than advertised. Regardless, I'll try it a few more times in differing doses and hopefully that will improve!

It worked in a decent amount of time for me and I didn't have any cramping. The taste isn't my favorite but that's cause I'm not really a berry flavor person for medicine. Will definitely consider again when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Magnesium hydroxide is the main ingredient in this gentle constipation relief I was a little wary that the relief is 30 minutes up to six hours. I really felt like I had to sit time aside and be at home for when I may experience relief. It seemed to work pretty well no stomach pain, nausea, and helped to produce a bowel movement in a couple hours.

However, I felt that it tasted very sweet. I look for the ingredients to check the amount of sugar, but that was another issue for my low rating because it did not indicate how much sugar was in this product. It does say that the inactive ingredients include corn syrup as the first ingredients.In terms of effectiveness, it did kick in in about an hour or so. It wasn't very harsh, but it was a smooth bathroom process, if you know what I mean. Overall, I would've preferred perhaps a pill or something less sweet.

It tastes good and was quick and easy to use anywhere. The problem is that it didn't work. I ended up having to take regular Miralax the next day. I tried it twice and neither time did it work.
