The taste was good but seemed a bit sweet (4 stars). Much better tasting than MOM or even the MiraLAX powder. I've seen reviews about this being chalky but I didn't notice that. These are a great alternative for kids too.

Having a hard time going? Pop one of these chews which taste great by the way. They are a mixed berry flavor without the chalkiness of tablets. They did provide gentle relief within an hour, but can work as quickly as 30 minutes. Don't suffer grab a fast chew and get relief.

The bag seals easily and open easily. The chews are all individually wrapped which I like for sanitary reason. It took about 12 hours, overnight. I'd recommend taking shortly before bed to have relief in the morning.
