I don't like pills. All in all a great fast working product for a low price highly recommend.

I like these better than the powder and would definitely buy them again. My mom was the one who tried it out. She took it at 11 pm and had to go by 7 am.

I have found that I only need one to get things moving. So I would highly recommend starting with one and only increasing if needed. I would highly recommend.

However , these chews do absolutely nothing. To make it worse they do not break down easy. When chewing the consistency turns into a gum and it is difficult to swallow. I also do not like the flavor. The bag has a ziplock closure after opening and each chew tab is individually wrapped in a shiny silver wrapper so they all don't dry out . You would never know this is something to help in the bathroom because it tastes like a treat! These little guys are a win win!
