The texture is a little grainy, but it's not a big deal. It's a little different from a smooth chew. The taste is surprisingly good! It has a fruity flavor. One thing I really liked was that each chew comes individually wrapped. It makes them easy to throw in a bag, so I can take them wherever.

It's not immediate, which gives you time to but it definitely helps and doesn't hurt your stomach at all. Make sure to drink lots of water with them!
